Although technology certainly has helped keep things somewhat organized, there are times you simply need someone to keep up with the various tasks that stream in. With your busy life, the last thing you want to do in your downtime is to tackle a pile of mail or email.

Below are some suggested service categories and services that may fit your needs. Together we can pick and choose what things you need and how often you need them. For Household and Assistant services, I have a good “Little Black Book” of vetted vendors to reduce the hassle of finding one; however, we can use any provider of your choosing.

Daily Money Management

Providing a watchful eye on accounts and organizing things in preparation for tax time. Can also monitor for opportunities or potential trouble areas in advance.

Make sure things are paid on time (but not too soon unless there are discounts), accounts are reconciled and entries are appropriately tagged for budgeting and tax reporting.

Providing monthly, quarterly and annual summaries of how your money was spent and comparisons to budget. I’ll also work with you to help you reach savings and investment goals as well as pinpoint and address any trouble spots.

Along with the recording and billing services, where I make sure things are correctly categorized, and organize your tax documents and receipts. Your tax preparer gets a neat package.

Making sure accounts retain minimum balances or do account transfers to investment accounts as warranted. Keep an eye out for suspicious activity.

Household Administration

These are the various tasks needed to help maintain your home. or other properties.

Can solicit bids and coordinate vendors to supply needed household maintenance services. I can use vendors you prefer or those who I’ve vetted in my “Little Black Book.” Your choice.

Periodically review coverage or get updated quotes for services. Make sure new items or renovations/additions are added onto policies.

Make sure car and other vehicle registrations and inspections are done on time. (Yes, that means me ever driving them to those locations if you need.) Also can facilitate dealing with various agencies during projects or ongoing activities.

Ensure current and new acquisitions are properly documented, and keep receipts and other records for insurance purposes. Obtain appraisals, if necessary, for insurance or other reasons.

Free (if combined with on-site visit) or discounted Mobile Notary Services for established clients.

Can facilitate payroll administration and related tasks.

Personal (Virtual) Assistant

For those living in the “Boots on the Ground” service area, I can go to your location to oversee projects. Otherwise, services are remote work.

Although online tools have done a lot to reduce this workload, you sometimes need a human eye on things. I make sure that important things get to you when they need to.

I can also take care of sending cards for special birthdays, holiday cards and similar type functions that are important but you may not have time to do.

Shopping, reservations, travel arrangements, or special events where you need someone to see things through and make things happen.

These can be projects that due to your time constraints, you cannot oversee the details personally, such as a home renovation and vendor coordination.
